Delivery is available and offered for free within the European Union, excluding islands and overseas territories.
Free delivery is made to the building entrance. For bulky items, delivery to the floor is optionally available. The option and price are indicated in the ordering process when choosing the delivery method.
Delivery Areas
Delivery is only possible within the European Union, excluding islands and overseas territories.
For large orders (> €2,000) outside of these areas and upon request, Flosia can make products available from one of their warehouses located within the European Union, where the customer can pick them up directly or use their own carrier. Transport and any customs taxes or fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the items and are displayed on the product pages. Some products are made to order or require a longer indicated delivery time.
Shipping Precautions
Shipping is done through a selection of carriers suitable for each type of package (weight, volume, etc.) and destination. For bulky items, a telephone appointment is systematic.
Standard delivery is made "to the building entrance" by a single delivery person.
For bulky items, delivery to the floor is offered as an option at the delivery method selection stage.
Upon delivery, please ensure to check the condition of the merchandise and report any discrepancies on the delivery receipt presented by the carrier.
