Coco Cymbal Suspension

A pendant light inspired by a traditional Indonesian hat

The design of the Cymbal Coco pendant light by dBodhi draws on two references: the shape of a cymbal and that of the traditional Indonesian hat known as the « Topi caping pak tani ». This dual inspiration creates a distinctive flared silhouette. Natural coconut fibres are skillfully wrapped around a rattan frame to create a woven, rustic and appealing appearance.

The openwork construction of the pendant light helps diffuse the light and produces a warm glow. The fibre craftsmanship accentuates the lines of the frame while reinforcing the natural identity of the Cymbal collection. Available in several formats, this light fixture retains the same rattan and coconut fibre composition, as well as its profile inspired by traditional Asian sun hats.
