Gear Stool/Coffee Table with Light

An illuminated dual-purpose piece of furniture

The illuminated Gear recreates the silhouette of a mechanical gear in a piece of furniture that can be used as a stool or coffee table. This version also incorporates a lighting function designed for indoor use. Designed by Anastasia Ivanyuk for Slide, the model retains its modular concept: several units can be placed side by side and interlocked to create a graphic composition suited to the space.

The polyethylene construction gives Gear a distinctive decorative presence, even when used alone. Its round shape with cog-like contours allows it to blend into a variety of home settings. The light uses a bulb compatible with the specified socket, which is not included. Its dual function as a stool and coffee table meets a variety of occasional needs, while the modular design allows more elaborate arrangements to be created.
