Malou mirror

A flowing outline, an expressive material

The Malou mirror is a Sika-Design creation that combines an organic shape with a handcrafted frame. Its Indonesian rattan frame is shaped by hand, while the glass mirror introduces a smooth, reflective surface. The contrast between these two materials gives the piece its character.

The gentle curves of the outline depart from the strict lines of a rectangular frame. They make the mirror a decorative feature in its own right, even when paired with furniture with simple lines. The handcrafted rattan adds texture around the glass without relying on added ornament.

A decorative accent for indoors

Malou measures 55 cm wide and 70 cm high. Designed for indoor use, it can complement a hallway, bedroom or living space. Its flowing silhouette adds interest to a wall and echoes other natural materials without requiring a matching furniture set.
