Outdoor Stackable Sofie Chair

Café-bistro style for everyday dining

The Sofie chair by Sika-Design belongs to the Affäire collection, inspired by the brand's designs from the fifties and the chairs of Parisian cafés. This heritage is reflected in its high, rounded backrest, exposed frame and armless silhouette, designed to sit around a dining table.

Handmade by skilled weaving artisans, it combines an Indonesian natural rattan frame with an ArtFibre seat and backrest. This synthetic polyethylene fibre is UV-resistant. The weaving brings the surfaces to life, while the curves of the rattan give the design its welcoming character.

From dining to storage

Designed for brasseries, cafés and restaurants as well as the home, Sofie is a stackable chair that makes storage easier after meals. It is designed for indoor use and can also be placed in a covered outdoor space. This location must remain protected from rain and moisture to avoid exposing its rattan frame to the elements.
