Designed by Nanna Ditzel, the Chill Outdoor lounge chair by Sika-Design forms a flowing, sculptural set with its footstool. Its reclined profile and low seat create a restful position, far removed from the upright posture of a dining chair. The included separate footstool extends this invitation to stretch out your legs.

Originally named Kaminstol, this model is associated with a collaboration with Robert W., a pioneer of rattan furniture production in Denmark. Its outdoor interpretation, however, uses an Alu-Rattan frame made from powder-coated aluminium, rather than natural rattan. The ArtFibre weave, made from polyethylene fibres, follows the curves of the seat and backrest. The bindings are applied to the aluminium frame by skilled weaving artisans.

A duo for the garden

The lounge chair measures 75 × 69 × 55 cm, with a seat height of 17 cm. Its materials withstand outdoor conditions and UV rays. On a terrace or in a garden corner, the two pieces can be arranged to suit your preferred relaxing position.
