List of products by brand Athezza

Athezza creates a travelling South, blending Mediterranean light, Art Deco accents and Eastern horizons. Founded in 1992 and rooted in Uzès, the French brand combines enveloping seating, furniture, mirrors, lighting and decorative objects.

In the selection, Memento armchairs, sideboards, tables, pendant lights and wall details express this taste for textures, colours and forms that already seem lived in.

A company turned towards the light

Athezza does not portray the South as a fixed setting. Founded in 1992 and rooted in Uzès, the French brand instead imagines a territory in motion: Occitanie engages with the Mediterranean and the gateway to the East. Under the artistic direction of Chantal Peyrat, flowers, deliberately irregular stripes, welcoming architecture and expressive materials create interiors where Art Deco meets a freer warmth.

First, establish a presence

Seating provides an immediate entry into this world. The active selection brings together sofas, benches, chairs and numerous armchairs. Memento is an identifiable reference, available in several expressions and with coordinating footstools. Modène appears as a two- or three-seat sofa and in a corner version. Other models, from Mogador to Wilmington, broaden the choice of silhouettes without reducing the brand to a single design.

Around this seating, coffee tables, side tables, consoles, sideboards, TV units, bookcases and bedside tables organise everyday uses. Certain official wooden products, such as pieces from Uyuni, may carry statements about natural or artisanal finishes; these characteristics must remain attached to the products that document them. Being rooted in Uzès also does not mean that every item is made there.

Then, let the eye travel

  • Mirrors: round, teardrop-shaped, floral, striped or grouped into sets, they add rhythm to walls and reflect the light.
  • Lighting: table lamps, floor lamps, wall lights and numerous pendant lights add a second scale to the décor.
  • Objects and textiles: vases, figurines, pots, candle holders, trays, rugs and throws introduce colours and textures in touches.
  • Outdoor: chairs, armchairs, benches, tables and artwork are suitable outdoors only when explicitly designated for outdoor use.

Composing rather than following a formula

Athezza’s vocabulary embraces unexpected combinations: a table with understated lines can sit beside a more theatrical lamp; a structured sideboard can be lightened by an organic mirror. Mango wood, acacia, iron, glass, ceramic, textile and bamboo appear in the catalogue, but never as a compulsory recipe. Each product page specifies the relevant composition.

To create an atmosphere true to the brand, it is best to choose an anchor point — an armchair, sideboard or light — then add echoes of shape and colour. This controlled freedom captures the spirit of Athezza: a warm interior enriched by travel and light, confined neither to bohemian style alone, nor strict Art Deco, nor an exclusively Provençal vision.
