This refined face mask with wide sides and top completely covers the dancer's head. Its surface features patterns typical of the Lulua tribe, imitating tattoos that rest on the surface rather than being sculpted from the material. The broad, pointed forehead, prominent eyes, upturned nose, and oval mouth characterize this mask. It is beautifully decorated with orange and white kaolin.
