Founded in 1950, the French company designs indoor lighting for workspaces and interior decoration. Its integrated design office develops its collections, while the catalogue combines technical models, ambient light sources and pieces capable of structuring a volume.

Function first, then silhouette

A desk lamp must direct light effectively and fit into the workstation. At Flosia, the Declic, Eureka, Luna, Sigma, Skyline, Space and Swingo series illustrate this family, complemented by models such as Luxi with a smartphone charging station. French manufacturing to be assessed model by model

Aluminor has production lines near Nice and has been reviving this activity since its acquisition in 2018. The “La Lampe Française par Aluminor” range is explicitly produced there; the group’s workshops near Lyon also make lampshades and lighting. It would nevertheless be inaccurate to conclude that every product from the brand is made in France. The warranties themselves distinguish products from the Nice workshops from the others.

Metal and genuine wood are among the highlighted materials, with epoxy paints, stains and varnishes depending on the model.
